This tutorial shows first steps with SIKORA's Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement). Updated from the Microsoft CRM 8.1 to the new Microsoft CE 9.1 we implemented a lot of new features.

Target groups are all SIKORA service employees.

After the course, the learner should be able to know the basic functionality of CE, how to set personal settings, how to handle lists and filters, create contacts and accounts, and how to create support cases, inhouse repair cases, travel cases, and how to create repair and travel reports.
