This tutorial shows first steps with SIKORA's Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement), the successor of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Microsoft Dynamics 365 is now a platform made up of several apps for different business areas, of which CE is the one for sales.

Target groups are all SIKORA sales employees.

After the course, the trainee should be able to know the basic functionality of CE, how to create leads, contacts and accounts, and how to prepare and edit sales projects, opportunities, quotations and orders.
